Short Brief of the Project:
It is an international young professional exchange project funded by the Norwegian Agency for Exchange Cooperation (Norec). The exchange of international young professionals between Bangladesh, Nepal, and India will contribute to developing the capacity of the organizational staff in dealing with the issues of sexual and reproductive health. The knowledge of good practices on menstruation and puberty changes as well as the issues related to SRHR will be strengthened among the organization through the exchange. The expertise which has been developed through knowledge sharing will be reflected during the individual organization's intervention area for bringing visible change at the community level.

Short Achievement:
Developed Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights Training manual, which is acknowledged by the Vidyasagar School of Social work, Vidyasagar University.
Conducted a study on the status of Adolescent SRHR and the understanding of development professionals on the issues in India.
Facilitated 3 days TOT training on ASRHR to capacitate CSOs.
Formalized and facilitated 2 days of documentation skill development training for CSOs.
Trained 305 teacher’s from 15 schools on Adolescent Development.
Lead the project titled “Promoting Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights through Exchange Expertise Project”.
Conducted several campaigns on child protection issues.
Designed and drive capacity building action and partnership strategy to make a visible change in knowledge, practice, and policy level.
Participated in different seminars, workshops, training on child protection, child education, human trafficking, human rights, peace, and justice issues.
Key Roles & Responsibility:
Ensure rapid roll-out and supervision of activities. This includes leadership, direction, and guidance to partner organizations.
Conduct training needs assessment, design and develop training modules, curriculum's, manuals, other training materials, different project guidelines, and prepare training completion report.
Facilitate training, meetings, workshop with Youth Organization, CSOs staffs and other potential project stakeholders;
Evaluate and follow up on training, capacity building, and advocacy support activities to reinforce capacities, assess impact, and building partnerships and networks.
Capacity building of the partner organizations members and CSOs on the areas of SRHR, Gender-Based violence, child protection, networking, advocacy, financial management, and organization develop;
Consult with other resource persons, CSOs, and project staffs to ensure that training, capacity building, and advocacy support initiatives are relevant and adapted to the situation and needs of target groups.
Effectively work with other consortium members to assure a coordinated and timely execution of work plans.
Oversee planning, quality assurance, and supervision of program monitoring, evaluating, and reporting.
Provide oversight of delivery, management, and monitoring of partner organizations.
Provides oversight of financial management and procurement.
Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders in all aspects of project planning, monitoring, and implementation.
Ensure compliance with and implementation of all NOREC project-specific policies.
Manage partnerships with international organizations, consultants, local authorities, and civil society organizations.
Supervise the implementation of project technical activities by consortium members, ensuring that all activities are adequately implemented in a timely fashion and that they adequately address youth skill development and social cohesion needs.
Provide technical leadership across the capacity-building work of partners and technical lead on advocacy/accountability and research.
Monitor project training and on-site capacity building activities, ensuring the development of local institutional and personal capacities fostering country ownership and sustainability of interventions.
Other duties as assigned.
